I purchased this product after reading the reviews. I have had this done professionally at an esthetic salon but could not afford to go as often as I need to. I found the reviews/tips to be accurate. You do need to purchase the Rf gel along with the RF machine. I remember how much gel is used during my professional treatment so you should lay it on thick or else you will feel the zaps. I don’t have the patience to use this for more than 10 minutes at a time. I do have to add more gel on my face after 5 minutes. I started with level 1 and am up to level 3 after a week and a half. I feel like it does help my lower face look younger to match my upper botoxed face. I feel I would probably get better results after I’ve been using it longer and more often. I have been using this product for almost a month. I promise to return with a before and after. I am already noticing a difference. A friend of my recently commented that my skin, "looked great." The design however is wonkey. The machine could improve the design. For instance, the container for the handle and the heating element seems to be backward. I am showing it above. I have had a company in the past the created cables and my suggestion would be to 1) use a more relaxed coil cable. 2. reverse the plug to the other side. I don't want to give it a negative review because I just wasn't sure. I felt no warmth. Nothing. But I am beginning to see that it may be normal. But I got worried and stopped using it, thinking it was broken. It could be my fault that I didn't continue trying to see if I saw a difference. The machine itself is nice. Felt sturdy. I thought maybe it could be a fluke and that one had a faulty connection. I will try it again especially for the price. I like the hand grip wand, and accessories are easy to assemble and takes approximately 20 minutes for treatments on my arms - thighs and face. Treatments are applied everyday, I'm starting to see the results after 6weeks.

    • I can already see an improvement in my skin!
So I rarely ever write reviews but this product has been so amazing! It’s really easy to use and I have already noticed an improvement in my facial fine lines and forehead wrinkles and overall skin tightening is already noticeable. I use it 3 times per week. I recommend using plenty of conductor gel to avoid zapping sensations or overheating or skin burns. I divide my face up into sections put the rf gel on and focus on each section with the rf machine. After one use I got the hang of it and it’s been easy and convenient to use at home. Also saves a lot of money as compared to going to a spa! Im 40 so have noticed lots of recent signs of aging which is why I purchased this product. I was cautiously optimistic when I purchased this machine but after using for only 2 weeks I am so glad I purchased this! Very accurate to the photos and descriptions. Watch a couple of youtube videos to learn how to use the machine effectively on your face. I took off one star because I keep getting burnt by the smaller knob it comes with that's meant for hard to reach areas like your eye bags. the bigger knob does a good job of covering those areas anyway. I have seen notable improvements in my face but I am using this in tandem with boxing and lifting weights. ... show more

I have had this service in a salon so after a lot of research I found this skin tightening machine. I took a chance, not really confident that this would make a difference at home. I have used it 4 times now, once a week, and I am very encouraged about my results so far. This can be used to tighten skin and build collagen on face and body. So far I have mainly used it on my face, neck and hands. I know nothing happens over night but I think I can see a difference in fine lines around my mouth. The amount of time and money this will save in salon appointments is unbelievable.     • I was skeptical at first but now amazed!
I am naturally skeptical of anything that claims to reverse the aging process. My wife insisted that this is what she wanted as a gift even though she had a previous negative experience with a different product from a different manufacturer. So, I went ahead and purchased it for her. She has been using it regularly as directed in the product instructions and we are both amazed at the difference it makes in the look and feel of her skin, it literally makes her look 20 years younger!
