    This toy is well made. It comes with these cute stuffed animals to put inside the machine, lots of coins, stickers to put on the top, and instruction paper. We bought this for our daughter and son, the stickers would make it look more girly, so we didn’t put them on. It’s nice that this claw machine offers 3 modes on sounds: no sound, lower sound and louder sound, and can be turned off when not playing to save battery. It uses 3 of D size batteries, we happen to have rechargeable ones on hand and I’m glad this machine works with rechargeable batteries. Here I also attached a picture of the bottom of the machine to show the layout of the battery compartment and where coins go. It’s easy to slide the cover to get the coins out then slide back to close. The music duration is long enough to not make us feel rushy, and it plays in a faster speed at the end to let us know when to hurry up. And the claw is strong to keep the thing it catches stay in place when moving to the dropping area so less frustrations for kids.     My kids used this for their market and it was a hit! So much fun and a lot of kids lined up to play. The small squishy was hard to get with or without plastic but the robot kind of toy works perfect and bigger toy probably is better also

    I ordered this for my son's 6th bday. It came and it didn't work. I reached out to the service team and they sent me some tips to try and resolve the issue. Still didn't work. I notified them and they quickly sent ne a replacement. The service was fantastic. The product itself (they working one) is just ok. It's kinda neat and fun for a bit .it came with little stuffed guys and I bought some other little candy and toys to add to it. The music would be great if the volume could be adjusted, it's either loud as can be or off. The controls are easy to use but but they don't always work as they should .the claw is run by a chain so that is also loud and sounds like something is breaking when it's in use. It just it is also smaller then the image on the listing makes it seem. Overall great customer service. But just keep in mind this is more of a novelty type toy , it's neat but could be better ... show more

    I purchased this for my son for Christmas and it never worked. I put brand new batteries in and it never came on, it’s a waste of money

      • This surprised me!
    My 7 year old wanted a mini claw machine...he loves anything miniature! We decided on this one and I am pleasantly surprised it! It is of course plastic but seems like it will hold up well, he loves the lights and sounds it makes. The machine came with tiny little stuffed animals that are challenging to get but not too challenging that he can never get one. He has also thrown some candies in. Its definely a good buy if you have someone that loves claw machines. ... show more

      • Great Toy: haven't heard of my boy for a while )))
    The media could not be loaded. This was a gift for my son's 5th birthday. Knowing his love for real claw machines which cost a lot, I decided to get this for him so he plays at home and it kind of scratches that itch. He's been playing the whole day, and we are playing with him! I'm glad it came with a set of squishy toys that we are playing with, it didn't have success with candies, I don't know if you have to have special candies or not but the ones we had were not big nor heavy however, it didn't pick those up. It's playing great with its own toys and I believe if we search more, we will definitely find other things to drop there and be able to get out. The quality is great and I'm happy it has the option to turn the sound off. I prefer the sound on tho because when you have less time on the game, the music gets faster letting you know the time is almost over. There is nothing I dislike about this toy, it's real fun and no defects. It's also great for big companies. The kids at our house were suggested to pull out as many candies as they can to take home, unfortunately the candies were not picked up so we ended up giving them in gift bags. :-) ... show more

    Our daughter has played with this non stop. She’s obsessed with claw machines at arcades so this was a home run. The plushies that come with it are the best size and weight, but we’ve tried a few candies. They’re definitely harder to get, but she enjoys that. The plushies are easy to learn how to grab. We sometimes use this as a way for her to pick out her evening treat. And seeing as it can only pick up very small candies it’s a win win as far as I’m concerned. Haha! Assembly was easy as well as learning how to use it. The only drawback I see is if a child were to be even a little rough with it, I could see it stop working pretty quickly. The parts are a bit flimsy. So be sure to encourage gentle use. ... show more
