As a licensed Air-conditioning/refrigeration tech here in hot Texas, I took a chance on this low cost mini-split system and found it as good as any on the market! Matter a fact beat my expectations many times. Easy installation and it cools the house so much better than expected. Also having it run on r404a standard refrigerant, I know easy and quick service is available if ever a leak was to occur. I love how it integrates with out wifi and Alexa for remote control from anywhere. I replaced an old window unit that supplements our central air system in my add on sun room with this and now it overflow so much cooling into the main house that it actually lowered my home AC bills by about 10% because it much more efficient. ... show more

    • Wifi app doesn't work

The unit installed easily and works as expected; however, I purchased this unit for the wifi control. Initially the app installed and worked well. Now the app will not even open on my phone. Maybe this will get fixed.

love the product. works very well. cold air. looked cheaply made but when installed it looks good and works even better. everything i needed to install it was included and the packaging was well done and kept things protected from damage. warning. i installed it myself, but still had to pay an hvac person to fill it with refrigerant and that cost me an additional $400.00 .... and that was the cheapest i could find in my area. VERY VERY quiet. can hardly hear it when it is on. i will probably buy another one for my wellhouse. device draws 1200 watts (9000 btu model) when the compresser is on, so i can run it from solar power during the day... big selling point for me. no negatives so far ... show more
