This little pump is a good value for the money. The solar panel must be in full sun without even the shadow of a leaf, but I’m sure thats because it has no battery storage. It came with an option to trickle charge batteries (batteries not included), but that was useless and a little confusing since the description left the impression that there was some kind of back up battery power. ... show more

There is nothing to stand up the solar panel and then there isn't hardly any pressure on the water coming out. and nothing to make a fountain with or hose.
