It was very well packed, and it was the 1st time that something that needed to be assembled provided the EXACT number of screws, washers & nuts that were required. I would have gladly given it 5 stars EXCEPT I bought 2 of these chairs and BOTH chairs had the same issue. Where the base of the cupholder is attached to the area where the screw connects the 2 pieces was not lined up properly, and I had to modify that area, which took a good bit of time & several tools. They have a good weight to them, and I was glad that even though they are marked "navy blue" that they are no where near as dark as you would expect from navy, more of a medium blue, which suits me fine. Love reading reviews before I buy off Amazon, so here you go. Had wooden adirondack chairs for 16 years, but the PX summers have started to warp the wood. Put these two together with the help of another in less than 30 min. Very sturdy material. Instructions were simple to follow along. Love the cup holder. We looked at Adirondack chairs that were $700 each at a local retailer. I can't tell the difference with this one. As far as appearance it is the exact same chair. Also, the seller supplied a missing part in 3 days. That is almost unheard of these days. Highly recommend.
