This is a great tread mill, I had a bit of issue with the shipping but when I reached out Amazon was quick to get back to me, it was well packaged however there was a split in the cord, picture attached, doubt it will bother the treadmill as it doesn’t show exposed wires. We had to align the running pad but that was pretty easy. Set up was also easy..Love this treadmill so far, it’s quiet and easy to walk on. It dues not have a cushy pad so maybe hard on some running knees, but I’m only walking. The value for the money.. excellent!! Speed control is my voice or button, simple to use.
