    • They’re candles. They burn.
My heater sets the floor on fire in my apartment so I burn a lot of candles to heat my house. These ones are ok. Wish they had a bit more drip so I could easily stick them on holders, but they’re pretty good.

    • Disspointed they did not drip, but that is not the candle's fault - so 5 stars for what they are.
I purchased these candles specifically because of how many people said they dripped. I wanted to create a classic old candle holder with the wax of many candles running down it look to use when I meditate. For that same reason I wanted candles that, as they burned down, the wax would drip down their sides. These did not do that. I literally had to sit and carve notches in the rim of the candle, then drip the wax of a second candle into the first to get even a few small rivulets of wax to run down the side of one candle. Not a technique I want to have to repeat over and over. Definately not something that I want to do during the period of meditation for which I had purchased these candles for. I will keep hunting for some good small candles that actually drip wax that I can use for my meditations. As for these... if you are looking for candles that have little to no drip (unless you nearly torture the poor candle) then these are a good candidate. They arrived in a nice box made of thin corregated cardboard, stacked in rows within the box and divided by thin cardboard sheets. I did not see any broken or mis-shapen candles in the box and a brief count shows all 100 to be accounted for. They are uniformly made so should all have approximately the same burning time. I have not timed them, but they lasted a good long while when I used them. I think they would burn for more than a long enough time for a daily prayer, short ritual, yoga routine, period of meditation, bath ambiance, or whatever use they might be put to. Overall I give them 5 stars for what they are designed for. I just wish they had dripped wax like I wanted, because they really are lovely little white candles that have a perfect little flame when lit and are perfect for a morning or evening meditation. ... show more

We used these candles for our Christmas candlelight service and we’re very pleased that they were truly dripless. Parents allow their small children to have them and our pastor asked them to be careful not to get wax on the carpet. There was no need for the warning. I turned my candle to check and there was no wax running down the side or dripping. I recommend these candles. ... show more

I ordered these and they look nothing like the description and pictures. It’s just a white candle dipped in some cheap paint. I would be scared to light one up. No good. Don’t buy.

    • Good price, but they burn quick.
Good number of candles for the price, but be aware that they burn pretty quick. We used these for an hour-long prayer vigil, and some people went through 3 candles throughout the hour. I would still order again, just plan on them burning for about 20 minutes. They went perfectly with Drip Protector - Paper Bobeche Candle Holder (Pack of 100) . ... show more
