Easy to assemble ,all the holes lined up , even a little extra hardware, the allen wrench wore out ,good thing they give 2 of them ,but if you have your own it helps. Chairs are solid ,bought 2 ,glad I did. And they fold up for storing .

I love this chair! Super easy to put together, I was able to do it in about 20-30 minutes by myself. Great quality for the price, it’s nice and wide and perfect for me to sit and read in.

I haven’t had this chair long and it rained a few days and one of the arms is splitting where it’s glued. I’m going to add some strong wood glue before it gets any worse.

Great for price - use a ratchet with allen key head

These chairs, for the price, are really nice. Cedar lumber chairs like this can cost up to $350 without any paint or stain. I bought three of them - one came cracked and required a fix. Not a problem for me but for some this would be a deal breaker. The dark gray sort of looks like a VERY light coat
of black but it's really nice. Also, I recommend a ratchet with an allen key head to avoid stripping out the bolts like some of the other reviewers mentioned. This tool made the installation a breeze.

Had one issue and that was with the 3 inch long screw that secures the back of the arm rest to the back of the backrest of the chair. Using the supplied allen wrench I was not able to get the screw all the way into the back of the chair on both sides. Approx. an inch of that screw is still out theref
ore the back of the arm rest moves around. It became so hard to try to turn the screw with the allen wrench that the screw where the allen wrench goes in was starting to strip. I ended up just leaving it and hoping to find a drill bit like an allen wrench that might do the trick. Otherwise the chair is really nice looking and the fact that it is folding is exactly what I needed since I cant leave the chairs on the shared lawn of the townhouse. Very comfortable! Wasn't the easiest to assemble but I was able to get two assembled. They look great on our patio! Angled just right that you slide back into them. We are definitely buying more. Folds up easy too.

The chairs are well packaged (although I don't like the styrofoam because it's bad for the environment). The instructions are clear and easy to follow; plus each chair comes with one extra hardware part. i.e. screws, bolts, etc. Plus I love the natural finish.
