Every part of it went together without a problem and every hole was in the right place and had a bolt or a screw that went with it just like the instructions show. Not only did it go together easily, it looks beautiful as well. the finish is uniform, the cushion are sewn correctly and fit the furniture as they should. It is comfortable as well. It was difficult to find a decent, wood patio set under $800 as it seems the demand for such "stay home" items has really increased. After reading other reviews, we decided to purchase this set and were not disappointed! This is an exceptionally nice set for the price. My husband easily put it together in an afternoon and it looks beautiful on our new patio. Our patio isn't covered so we also purchased waterproof covers to make it last longer. The only "issue" if there is one, is that the cushions are a little thinner than I prefer but that's easy to fix. I was more focused on the quality and longevity of the wood than anything. So far, we love this patio set. We use it on our screened in porch and have enjoyed having it to use. We do cover our furniture, otherwise I suspect the cushions would get dirty easily. But covered, it's looking very good and was easy to assemble.

I love the set and it is comfortable and looks great. My only issue was that one of the legs was broken. In order to have gotten the broken piece replaced I needed to send back the entire package, which I couldnt even lift. They did give me a credit and I was able to glue the leg and add an additional support piece to the leg. It is not perfect but it works. I would not purchase from this company again as I feel this is poor customer service and would not want to take a chance that a similar issue would happen again. It is a stupid policy. ... show more

I really like the set. The wood is smooth and nicely stained. Cushions aren't as thick as I'd like but they will suffice for the remainder of the summer in SC heat and sun. I'm experienced in assembling things, so it wasn't too difficult. In fact, most of the pieces go together quickly EXCEPT for the backs of the love seat and chairs. By far, correctly attaching the back to the arm and seat took the longest time. Lining up the right slant of the back and aligning the screws and bolts to the seat and arms was quite frustrating!
