I had to take this to my son to snap together. I couldn't do it. It's painful for me to lie on, and I'm not noticing any relief yet, but have only used it a few times. I wish it had a cushioned cover as it digs into my back. Hoping I'll get some relief soon!

I was hesitant on the product, but it does a great job of stretching the back. It has 3 settings and I still have only made it to the second setting. It also has little acupuncture type points that give relief as well. Occasionally it will pop my back as well.

I needed to stretch my back to relieve some pain from sciatica, but I didn't want to spend the money on an inversion table. This works really well. There are 3 options for curve height, so you can adjust if needed. I just lay it flat on the floor and lay on top of it. Works really well. Very strong material too. If you have a severe back pain... go to a chiropractor. This did not help me at all. I'm sad because I was looking forward to some relief. It does stretch your back, but not to the extinct I needed. And it is a pain in the A** to move to a lower notch.
