  • Enjoyed using several together on strings.
Color: M) Slow Flash (100pcs)
I bought them to play with. They work well. I tested some and found the current varies as the colors change. With three volts applied, the currents varied from about 3 ma to 8 ma. per Led. They are nice and bright at this voltage. I did apply 5 volts to a few but was concerned about overworking them (very bright). They did not fail with currents between 12 ma to about 23 ma as colors change. The Led's vary a bit of time when powered together. Some will change colors faster than others making a better display. I could not find a hollow reflector to install them into. ... show more

  • Great deep blue color & brightness
Color: F) Blue (100pcs)
Great low current consumption for outdoor lighting and pool/lanai lights. 5mm size is correct for changing out the white LEDs for most lights. Excellent quality. Uniform color.

  • Nice and bright
Color: K) Warm White (100pcs)
The warm white is really nice. I used some to replace the bulbs in solar garden lights. Looks so much better than the harsh blue white that were in them

  • Just buy some
Color: K) Warm White (100pcs)
I’ve bought quite a few different leds from this brand and all of them have been top notch. I’ll keep buying them for RC crawler, and automotive projects

  • A good set of LED's for DIY projects
Color: A) 10 Colors X 10pcs = 100pcs
The set was delivered on time and as advertised. I used a few LED's but they were not as bright as I expected them to be. Unfortunately, their actual brightness cannot be inferred from the seller description of the product. I will keep these LED's for future projects, where their brightness will not be very important. ... show more

  • Disc golf
Color: A) 10 Colors X 10pcs = 100pcs
Perfect for disc golf! 1 or 2 is enough for each disc with a watch battery taped to the bottom. I think I paid 10 dollars for batteries and LEDs. That will last me years.

  • This is for the RGB LED with VCC common pin
Color: N) Rgb(common Anode) (100pcs)
I'm not sure which product people are commenting on. here A lot of comments are for UV LEDs and kits of 10 color LEDs. I bought the RGB LED with the common pin at VCC. the reason for that is to be able to drive the LEDs from an embedded controller such as the Raspberry Pi or BeagleBone Black. Those devices do not have the ability to drive more than about 5 ma. from their GPIO pins. If you try to drive the LEDs directly from them, you will eventually burn out that IO pin. I know that the red LED is typically a 2.2 volt device @ 20 ma. The green and blue LEDs are usually 3.1 volt @ 20 ma. So, when driving the RGB LED from a transistor or MOSFET. The circuit is readily available on the Web. It is significantly easier to drive the LEDs from the ground side than to try to supply their voltage from the VCC side. To do that requires a logic level translator capable of driving at least 30 ma. to the LED. It's okay if you just want to turn the LEDs on and off with a relay or switch, but to dynamically chnage the color by means of PCM, just make your job a lot easier and use a device with a common VCC and not the common ground. It all depends on what you want to do. ... show more
