What a piece of CRAP!!! I've been a builder for 30 years and have used many many chalk lines and have never been more disappointed! First of a chalk box this big should have more than 40' of line! 2nd is the line should actually hold chalk and 3rd the boat anchor end snags on anything it can on the rewind! This makes me want to go back to the old aluminum box at least those are constant! Don't waste the money on this pile of junk just buy a case of beer instead! ... show more

I use this for drywall board and first thing i would like to see is a shorter claw with the same design so i can get accurate corner cuts lined up. having the claw sitting out about a half inch from where it grabs really only makes it good for straight line snaps. i love it but im gonna have to take off the claw and put a shorter one on it. everything else about the design i love. the cord in it is silky to run on your fingers and elastic for stretching tight. ... show more
