I will start this off by saying I have tried several other cat hammocks from Amazon, and none of them measure up to how satisfied I am with this one. Pictured in this review is my one fat cat, who is the reason why I do not like any of the other hammocks I've bought. It's not her fault, per se, but none of the other hammocks with suction cups could stand up to her weight, and when she would jump into the hammock, they would fall off the window, much to the dismay of the other cats in the house. However, this hammock's double suction cups have been able to stand up to my sweet baby's chunkiness! She loves how soft and plush it is, and she loves having a cozy place to bird watch. It was so easy to put together, and it is sturdy enough to withstand a 14lb cat jumping on it from a foot below! I am genuinely surprised. I have two cats, one is a standard sized cat and the other is a flame Siamese so he runs a little larger than your average cat (about 16 lbs!) I was a little unsure when I bought this but I can say with confidence it works! I have a Maine coon and while she is only a 4month old kitten she is already pretty big. This hammock uses suction cups and unlike other products the suction works really well. It has not fallen off once and my cat loves to bring in small toys and wrestle around in it. Super easy to set up and the inside is so soft. Easy to assemble. Holds up VERY well, so suction is great. One of my 3 cats instantly loved it and hasn’t shared yet. First time it didn’t work on suction cups. I put cups in hot water for 3 minutes and it worked. Only less 1 star because the material is very thin needs to be thicker. Also tried in my truck but passenger window is more tilted inward and makes unit angle down more. Would be nice to have adjustment so as to level it off in horizontal otherwise cat would be at about 30 degree angle while traveling. ... show more
