To be determined how well it holds up. Seems very sturdy! (I know I have missing pieces in my photo, also the bridge has no slack. I have a scaredy cat and if she thinks it's not secure, she's not stepping on it... Also I have a secondary handmade cat tree outside on my screened porch and I'm using the other platform to help her get up and down off it so she doesn't have to jump as far anymore in her older years.) BE WARNED... The instructions say "only one person install. No power tools, manual screwdriver only" listen to me carefully. GET. HELP. the right section, is all one piece. There is absolutely no easy way to screw in the brackets to the wall and the platform, get it level, and do it all with a manual screwdriver. You need another person to hold the platforms or to screw in the brackets on this... The one on the left, if you put it together as you go, it's easy to do as one person... The instructions tell you to put it all together THEN attach to the wall. F-that. ... show more

My cats were a little nervous at first being up so high on an unknown surface and took a little convincing with toys, treats and cat nip to reassure them that 1. They were allowed up there and 2. They were safe up there. They seemed scared to jump from each platform at first and just kinda sat on whatever one we placed them on until they realized it does support their body weight just fine. I seen other reviews saying this broke or that only buy if you have small cats or kittens but my cats are kinda chonky. The one cat weighs at least 12-15lbs and she hasn’t had a problem. Sometimes when the cats are running on them you can kinda hear the strain on the brackets but nothing has broken or fallen down. The cats have even wrestled eachother on a few of the platforms and nothing budged. Two cats can be on one platform at same time and didn’t do anything. The hardest part was putting together and instructions were very confusing. My bf just kind of put it together on his own using his own knowledge from building furniture and stuff on how each bracket should go or what not. So not entirely sure if we assembled 100% correctly but it’s holding up well and honestly only took maybe 1hr from unboxing to the point they were up on the walls. Only takes one person to assemble. Will take two people to mount them and you need a drill. I think it says all you need is a screwdriver but bruh if you try to put this entire thing together AND mount to your walls with a screwdriver you’re insane. ... show more

I love the design of this item. It allowed me to customize the gaps in steps so my older cat didn’t have a hard time getting up and down it. The quality is great, I would just say that the round hammock, it’s nice but my 13 lbs cat makes it look like it’s bowing out. I’ve had it a for a few months and no issues yet but I am keeping my eye on. Screws are fine, ease of assembly was fun, and my wall space was a perfect fit for it. My only gripe I guess was I wish it had more color options and the leeriness I have towards that hammock for the chonker. I want to put one in my basement but the bright and bland colors of the material would be offsetting. ... show more

Anyone who didn’t have success with hanging these up probably doesn’t know how to use a anchor, install was easy love that my cats got a full gym now. Perfect addition to my office. Sturdy and all the pieces were there.

The platforms are too small for my cats. Not only are the platforms too small but they are so short you won't be able to bracket them into wall studs and are forced to install them into dry wall. The average wall studs in a home is 16 or 24 inches where these are at most 8 inches. I would not recommend for almost $70 dollars. ... show more

I have a 12 lb cat and he barley fits on the planks. This is definitely for smaller cats. He won't really get on it bc of the size and he can't lay down comfortably without hanging off or almost falling off. I bought a cat tree so he can jump to higher places and use the tier with the cat hammock to make the shelves "bigger". Basically turned into a project and still had to buy a cat tree. And he definitely cannot fit in the hammock. Better to go to home depot and buy the wood and some carpet and do it yourself. Will cost about the same and you'll probably like it more. ... show more
