The hammock was easy to assemble, feels very durable, and both cats love it! I've had to reposition it multiple times to get it the way I wanted it in the window, and I've had no issue with the suction cups becoming loose or not sticking well. Both cats are over 10 lbs and it doesn't budge! Also, the hammock itself is plenty big enough for two cats to fit at once, or be spacious with one cat. My cat is very spoiled, so I often buy her random things. I bought this for a window, she doesn’t quite like it too much. I’m not entirely sure why, but I’ll say what I like/don’t. Pros - The suction cups work great; she’s just over 9 lbs and it doesn’t budge with her sitting on it. It feels pretty sturdy and was easy to build. Cons - The little cloth that you can tie to it has unnecessarily long strings, and does not fit properly. It’s very loose, and doesn’t cover the entire netted space. It also prevents you from being able to close blinds, so if you don’t have long curtains, don’t expect to be able to get privacy without having to constantly un-suction it to the window. I wish it had a hinge ability on the bottom to be able to fold up. These are the only reasons for 4stars, but otherwise when my cat gets up there she likes it, she just is very picky so she doesn’t get up there herself. ... show more

I have a little kitten and he loves his little window seat. He sleeps on it all the time, and loves to look out the window. Structure seems good, made of pvc pipe and large suction cups. The material used to sit on feels pretty sturdy, but I can see how it might wear down over time. If you have a larger cat, I'm not sure how well it would hold them. I don't think it would hold anything heavier than 15lbs for much time. For the price, it was a win! Easy to build and kitty loves it. Seems like it will last a while for him, and I would have no quarrel buying it again if it breaks a few years down the line. ... show more

This window hammock has probably been one of the best investments in cat toys/furniture I've ever made. Purchased mine back in 2020 and it still in great condition! The durability is absolutely crazy! The suction cups hold strong and have never come undone, even while having two 15lb cats wrestle each other on it. It's easy to assemble and easy to clean. It WILL hold large cats! The metal cables are nice because my cats like to occasionally nibble them but they can't it through them. I also like the fact that the base is made from basic PVC piping. So in the unlikely event that one of the PVC pipes ever cracks, it can easily be replaced by running down to a hardware store instead of having to repurchase a new whole new hammock. Bought this for my cats to lounge in the sun. They will lay in it all day. It sticks to the window really well and stays put. I even have a 13 lb chihuahua who will get in it from time to time and it never falls of the window. Great product.
