It could be a one person job, but I did get help from my wife to ready the instruction. Even full assembled, it is still considerable light. It can be move around easily. I put it together in my living room, but move it to basement easily. Given the price, I found it very sturdy considering myself is weighted around 200lbs. It feels solid and well-built, providing a stable platform for my workouts. However, there is one consideration to keep in mind. To ensure maximum stability during intense workouts, I recommend placing an anti-slippery mat underneath the bike. It is relatively simple to assemble with my wife. Glad to see price for those exercise equipment dropped after the inflation during pandemic. For this price I recommend this magnetic resistance bike
