    • I Am So Excited About My Stationary Bike!
I'm so happy with my bike!! I love everything about it. It's not big and bulky, easily can be moved around with rollers on the front. It's the quietest bike I've ever seen! If someone is sleeping, no problem! I loved how it came in the box. All the nuts, screws, washers etc., came already assembled in their correct places, all I had to do was unscrew them, lay the part in and screw them back in. I didn't have to look for the right one to use, they didn't come all together in a little clear bag. It came with all the tools that you will need, I didn't have to go raid the tool box. The assembly was easy and fast, my sister owns the very same bike and she helped me put it together. My bike came in the afternoon and we had it together and I was riding it about an hour later, it was great! I looked up what my heart rate should be for a beginner using a stationary bike and I plan to start at the beginning. Currently, I am riding for 15 mins. twice a day, and will work my way up slowly so as not to get discouraged or have sore achy muscles. Since my sister has the same bike, we can ride together and have fun, it's so much fun. I can't say enough about this bike. You will NOT be disappointed with this purchase, it is an awesome stationary bike and I'm so thrilled that I got it!! Oh, I forgot to mention, it also comes with resistance bands, two up front for the arms and one in the lower back for the legs and it also has a nice monitor up front with all the info, distance, heart rate, speed, timer, calories, odometer, and you can reset it all every time you go for a ride. For people like me with lower back problems, it also comes with a really comfortable back rest and arm rest so you can ride comfortably upright without bending over the bike, so happy with that feature. It's very well made, nothing cheap at all. The seat is very comfortable also. I look forward to going on a bike ride everyday now and hopefully getting into better shape!! Love this exercise bike! Works with the limited space we have in our apartment (as it folds up small) and I love the resistance bands that came attached. For the most part east to assmeble, very sturdy, seat more comfortable than expected. Bike can be put in three different positions and seat can change positions. Worth every penny! ... show more

    • Effective exercise especially at the price
Extensive research was required for a stationary bike in my limited space. Folding was ideal, but most were not rated for my size ( 6ft and +250lbs). Decided to take a chance on this one as for the co$t it would not be a tremendous loss if it didn't work out. As other reviewers have noted, the screws and washers were already inserted loosely in the proper locations, making for just a few decisions to make with very poor installation instructions. I used a large color picture from the item's site here to determine some of the info by glance. Having used the bike now for several weeks, a few observations. 1) The seat is hard, but I use it with padded bike shorts. The back rest is far too hard to actually lean against for long, but using it as more of a guide for how far to sit back is fine. 2) the rollers are ineffective on carpet. May work fine on firmer flooring. I look at it as the final step of the work out to pick it up a few inches and move it about 10 feet. 3) The folding action works well and is pretty easy after doing it once or twice. 4) The actual intended use for this performs very well. The resistance is adequate for simple workouts. It's not going to be such for advanced spinners or riders. The ride is very, very quiet and smooth. 5) the front mount workout bands are good for high rep as the resistance is low, but adequate in recumbent mode. In upright mode, I'm too close to the bands to use them. This is fine, just a different workout, to set expectations. The rear mounts bands I have not tried. 6) I have not used the display and sensors, as just the act of pedaling for durations is adequate for my needs. I did insert batteries and it seems to function as listed in the description. * There is a seemingly unnecessarily loud beep when the display comes on.
