I road the skateboard through sprinkler puddles in the morning (many times). Went to charge the board and it wouldnt charge. Opened it up the battery was soaking wet. I disposed of it for safety reasons. I was honest with the company about me getting it wet and throwing it away and they sent me a new battery free, plugged it in and ive been riding again the past couple days. The battery came from china and the whole process took 3 weeks, a little too long. But I am greatful they replaced a battery when most companies wont cover water damage. Also the board itself is powerful has a lot of torque and a great battery life but the battery enclosure is definitely not waterproof. ... show more

It’s for my 19 year old son & so far, after an only a week, he loves it! We installed a front & rear clip on light for safety, it’s quite easy to do. We used plastic clips that hold 12 ga. electrical wires by nailing into studs - very common find at Home Depot. Pros - lots of power & going up hill is easy. He rides longboards & likes the look. The remote is great & a bit touchy & takes a little bit to get used to. Cons - it’s heavy & some of the grip from the grip tape is already coming off the edges. First of received item that was supposed to be signed for from FedEx left in a non-designated area and was not signed for . Secondly item was tampered with and does not charge or turn on voiced frustration to consumer lack of professionalism and. steadfast Diligence to keep the almighty dollar, and not even given exchange shows for direction for a young company trying to establish themselves in the market.
