Owned this board for several years and it has exceeded my expectations. Top speed is as advertised. With trucks tightened you can easily turn at high speeds. Battery life is solid and typically only requires a charge once a week. Board is used daily usually for 15-20 minutes at lunch. Wheels held up great but after two years could use a replacement. I waited a long time to write this review, I truly wanted to use it before I did. I have been riding this now to and from work about 8 miles in total five days a week for almost a year. I live in Pennsylvania so you can imagine how the weather changes on a dime, from sunny to rain storm in no time, and winter weather just sucks. In this time I have had only one issue that was negative and that was how long it took to get my board fixed when it stopped working. It turned out to be that the remote stopped connecting to the board, once the issue was narrowed down they sent me a new remote quickly. This board is a beast and I mean that in the best way. I truly use this board as my transportation everywhere around town. My wife and I have only one car and I work closer to home and I’m a skater/surfer since I was a kid now I’m in my fifties so this e board just made sense to me. I love riding it the remote feelings comfortable in my hand, the electrical display is easy to see and read while riding. The ride is smooth the wheels eat up the road I roll over railroad tracks with ease and they make the rocky Pennsylvania roads easy to manage. The fact that it has four different speed levels is amazing to help those not accustomed to riding at a high speed. Yes high speed I ride on level 4 and average about 24 mph. I’m about 155lbs and average about 14 miles on a charge. Like I said I ride this daily and even though it’s not truly weather proof I use it rain, sleet, snow I have ridden through it all. I have used this board harder then most people will ever use it and the Windseeker keeps on seeking wind!.! I love this board. The only thing I want to know is how one goes about getting service this is an electric vehicle things need lubricant to keep rolling. I mean I change my bushings and bearings on my manual skateboards so how do I take care of this one? ... show more

Customer service is legit 5 stars i admit Firstly the board arrived in a timely manner Secondly i lost my controller and they sent me a new one Thirdly now listen close I live in Seattle Washington and if you familiar with my area you know that the pavement and concrete is terrible and i mean god awful And this alone at no fault of the boards design caused a fair amount of wear and tear in all regards Rising slabs of cement on the sidewalk potholes and widening cracks and etc this board can endure but its not made for off rode with rough and hazardous terrain it can glide and fly on dirt gravel grass and sand i tested it and it does have atv capabilities but Nonetheless it is not designed for real atv i.e. hikes trails etc Now the hub motor wheels are not interchangeable and this upon finding out was really upsetting there are alternatives for replacing the motor sleeves but all and all they dont manufacturer and sale replacements sleeves specifically for the windseeker g5 and if u get cloud wheels they have to be customized for this product Performance wise it hauls fast strong and reliable hills are of no consequence and if you walk it like a dog it responds quickly with accuracy Now my boards battery started acting out after damage to the esc due to terrible terrain and riding conditions this caused a connectivity issue and thus excess power to one motor and not the other caused my battery to stop getting a fullcharge I was disappointed at the fragility of this product it seems sturdy but id be more careful next time around All and all i brought these findinga up to WindSeeker and they didnt miss a beat They honored they're warranty and understood my concerns and frustrations alike and at no cost to myself offered to send a brand new board and said i can keep the first one no return nesseracy Need i say more? Product quality and performance 4 stars Manufacturer customer services 5 stars Over all customer experience 5 stars If you are shopping for your first board Windseeker is a good merchant and commits to respectable business practices I stand on that and they did too I highly recommend this product and seller PS. I've used a good few brands of electric skateboards in my years of experience with the sport and found windseeker boards to have a greater quality then that of similarly priced competition. Had some issues with my remote early on and was able to get it resolved with the company.

    • Tire tube didn't even last 3 days Of beginner use mostly on concrete.

Not very good instructions, Tire tubes did an even hold up on concrete a few days 2 80 pound rider not over second gear. Unit get speed wobbles At nineteen miles an hour. Gears wonkey shifts hard. After running the board around for several days, Tighten bolts, I felt the need to increase the rating because this is a really good board. I have had hours of fun. I do wish the battery specs and bearing specs where available easily. ... show more

Despues se 2 días de el mes de garantía se crackea la tabla, tiene problemas electricos, aparte de venir sin 3 tornillos para comenzar, en la pagina decía que traía luces, no me dieron solucion teclefonica ni en la pagina, malisima la tabla y la compañía... para dos semanas sirve y por el precio no lo vale, esto lo voy a subir en todas partes para que no caigan con falsos comentarios.
