This scooter has great battery longevity and performance. After 2 days of use(20mins each), the display screen still shows 3 out of 4 battery bars left. The scooter screen battery displays lighting, speed, battery life percentage, and cruise mode. Plus, it comes with a headlight, brake light, and a bell. Great visibility AT NIGHT!! Easy to assemble and has great acceleration. I love the wide board to make enough space for both foot with either way sitting or standing. Bought these for my kids to get to library and our local neighborhood shops. They hold a charge pretty well. They have great working breaks and accelerate good.     • Caroma E-scooter: A Commuter's Nightmare

As someone who relies on efficient transportation for my daily commute, I was excited to try out the Caroma e-scooter. Unfortunately, my experience with this product was nothing short of disastrous. I purchased the Caroma e-scooter with high hopes of a smooth, eco-friendly ride to work. The initial unboxing and setup seemed promising, but that's where the positives end. Just one week into using the Caroma, the scooter completely died on me during my morning commute. There I was, stranded halfway to work, with a useless piece of metal and plastic. The feeling of frustration and helplessness as I stood on the sidewalk, surrounded by passing cars, is not something I'll soon forget. Attempting to resolve the issue with Caroma's customer service was an exercise in futility. Their response time was glacial, and when I finally did get through, their solutions were unhelpful at best. It seemed they were more interested in deflecting blame than actually addressing the problem. The build quality of the Caroma e-scooter is questionable at best. Even during the brief period it was functional, the ride was shaky and unstable. The battery life was far shorter than advertised, barely lasting my round trip on some days. To make matters worse, the process of trying to return or exchange the defective Caroma scooter has been an absolute nightmare. Their warranty policy is filled with loopholes, and getting a straight answer about my options has been like pulling teeth. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Caroma e-scooter to anyone, especially those looking for a reliable commuting option. What started as an attempt to simplify my daily travels has turned into a source of constant stress and inconvenience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your e-scooter needs. Also, it is simple to fold it down so that can be put into my trunk easily. Smooth drive, 25miles/hour, feels like super fast!! without noise and a long-lasting battery. I like the super comfortable seat, and also you can switch to standing from sitting down that is nice and roomy for my both foot because of the wide board. Scooter arrived on time with no box damages. I put it together within 10min or so. During the assembly I noticed that color of the silver doesn’t match or has spot discoloration. After the assembly I charged it and took if for a sin. The shooter behaved outstanding with change of speed and handling. After the ride I decided to take it inside of the house where I found the locking mechanism for folding and unfolding steering was loose. I contacted the seller, and they took care of me right the way. Customer service is very good. Negatives: - Paint issue/discoloration. - Folding/Unfolding locking mechanism is fragile. - Cannot leave it unattended. Scooter has no key. Positives: - Really good style. A lot of people give complements. - Handles made of very good rubber. I dropped it few times already and no rubber damage. - Cruse control is nice to have. - Lights are cool but will drain battery faster. - Rear suspension is nice to have. - Will get to you 20mph fast.
