This scooter has great battery longevity and performance. After 2 days of use(20mins each), the display screen still shows 3 out of 4 battery bars left. The scooter screen battery displays lighting, speed, battery life percentage, and cruise mode. Plus, it comes with a headlight, brake light, and a bell. Great visibility AT NIGHT!! Easy to assemble and has great acceleration. I love the wide board to make enough space for both foot with either way sitting or standing. Bought these for my kids to get to library and our local neighborhood shops. They hold a charge pretty well. They have great working breaks and accelerate good. Also, it is simple to fold it down so that can be put into my trunk easily. Smooth drive, 25miles/hour, feels like super fast!! without noise and a long-lasting battery. I like the super comfortable seat, and also you can switch to standing from sitting down that is nice and roomy for my both foot because of the wide board. Electric scooter weighs 40.8 from the manual I read. The description says it weigh 34.8. If I’d known it weighed this much I’d never bought it. Trying to get my money back has been a nightmare. If I could give 0 Stars if I could.. I finally just started dealing with Amazon. They have great customer service. It took a couple times. Almost a week. Of negotiations? I never got chance to even try the scooter. I couldn’t lift it out of box. So I did the back n forth thing, then pulled box off. It was packaged well. Between giant Z strips and foam. I plugged it in to charge while reading manual. That’s when I had to stop. It charged fast. Seemed well built. I have a weight limit for my traveling. I’m disabled. So 35 was my max. And this was supposed to be just under it. Ya that’s a no. It actually feels heavier than 40 pounds but I’m not pulling it out of box again. Just to let ya know, this says in the manual that Came with it, it weighs 40.8 pounds I had to take a picture of the manual and description to show they were different. And they still wanted me to pay for the shipping back. We Was not on same page. They Kept trying to negotiate with me. On how much they would refund when I sent it back. Bottom line the seller sucks. And is still trying to negotiate after Amazon took over. We will let you keep 30$. We give you 50$. ... show more

Scooter arrived on time with no box damages. I put it together within 10min or so. During the assembly I noticed that color of the silver doesn’t match or has spot discoloration. After the assembly I charged it and took if for a sin. The shooter behaved outstanding with change of speed and handling. After the ride I decided to take it inside of the house where I found the locking mechanism for folding and unfolding steering was loose. I contacted the seller, and they took care of me right the way. Customer service is very good. Negatives: - Paint issue/discoloration. - Folding/Unfolding locking mechanism is fragile. - Cannot leave it unattended. Scooter has no key. Positives: - Really good style. A lot of people give complements. - Handles made of very good rubber. I dropped it few times already and no rubber damage. - Cruse control is nice to have. - Lights are cool but will drain battery faster. - Rear suspension is nice to have. - Will get to you 20mph fast. I will recommend it to all who is enjoying touring outdoors. ... show more
