You need to double the dose to really get a noticeable amount of collagen. Instead of 2, take 4. They run out faster but these are about the cheapest you can get. They're small and very tasty. I will be real with you a couple times I just ate a few more like candy because I don't have self control. Within a few weeks, I noticed my nails were definitely healthier and stronger. My hair is slowly getting fuller/thicker and I've been told my skin cleared up a little, but I work in a kitchen so I am constantly wearing a hat and also getting fryer oil misted all over my face every shift. So I can't really speak to those. But my nails are 100% improved from being somewhat weak to growing faster and being stronger. As for pain relief, I didn't notice any relief going on. Best collagen suppliment in taste and very cost effective. I love that this does not contain biotin (biotin flares up acne if you are prone to breakouts).
