Decent bench. Nice looks. But the cushion is to wide. The leg extension struggles to hold 60lb on it. And the bar tbat is on there is a 6 ft bar so the bench is pretty small. It has nothing to hold the bar on there once you put weights in one side. You have to slide the bar all the way over so it doesn’t fall off the top. Decent bench for price just small for the weight I life. I wouldn’t recommend for heavy lifters. ... show more

It is a good little set up. But is for sure narrow. So for any sort of bench, you have to start either fairly narrow gripped or go outside the rack with your hands. Which makes it a bit awkward to put back down. But overall easy to put together and fairly sturdy.

Great bench for the price. My son uses it & said its built sturdy & definitely worth the cost. He has been using it for 3 weeks now with 30 x 2 pound weights on the barbell & is very happy with this bench.

Seat arived broken at the seam, and one of the bars came bent resulting in the bench being asymmetrical. Contacted CAP well over a week ago with no response. Even if it were in perfect condition, I still wouldn't recommend the bench. It is extremely narrow, the bar racks wight where your hands should be, and the leg extension/curl portion is very narrow resulting in your inner thighs pushing up against the bolts holding it in place. 14 year old son built it - easy to build. Not very sturdy - wiggles too much and feels very unstable. The leg extension portion is too short for my frame at 6'2". Fine for lower weights, but if you want to do anything serious, buy something else.

Im 15 and got this bench to add to my home gym, one thing I have to say is that it is very narrow and generally becomes a "tricep-bench", it is however a very good option for the price, it was fairly easy to assemble, it is however a little bit less secure than I would prefer. One thing I was disappointed with is that it can only hold 150lbs. of weight :( overall a good bench tho. ... show more
