I ordered the Canon LBP236dw and a Canon replacement Cartridge 057H on April 21,2023. The starter cartridge in the printer ran out on 7/12/2023, and I pulled out the new cartridge to replace the used one. When I installed the new cartridge and closed the door, a very loud clacking noise started. I immediately called Canon Technical help to see what was happening. The technician listened over the phone at the noise and was able to determine from the sound that the cartridge was defective. He told me not to use it, and to return for a new replacement. I have been trying to contact the supplier through Amazon and directly thru their website and I have not received any communication that is helpful in getting me a replacement. It appears that I am getting the run around. Between Amazon and Direct Supplies I am not receiving the kind of service that I expect from Amazon. ... show more
