I bought this 2 months postpartum after having twins. It does help offer support- it's similar to the one I got from the hospital and was a nice size down after my swelling came down. The only thing is that the fabric immediately gets messed up from the first use, but I don't feel like that will effect its usefulness for how long I plan on using it. This belt works great! I use a waist trainer/compression belt regularly to help manage “MS hug” pain caused by nerve damage throughout my spine and abdomen. This belt is super stretchy which makes for great, customizable compression. The material is thick, yet breathable, and able to be worn underneath clothing without being too bulky. This is the 2nd one I’ve ordered, excellent quality and very soft to the touch. Other binders come very long so you have to cut the fabric which causes it to fray and then it rolls at the end, this one is perfect. Highly recommend
