The media could not be loaded. Over all it works. But the package was extremely tore up, the bars and small bars were too close together so I couldn’t get a few of the screws in. There is a lot of space for my puppy to move around, and it is high from the ground for hygiene purposes. It is very strong than iI expected and easy to install. I am women and i can installed by myself easily. Highly recommend for puppy.

This product came damaged with dents and paint chipped off. The parts were not labeled, the screw holes were not positioned correctly and it's poorly built. I would've returned it but my significant other tossed the box in the trash before I could get a good look at it.
