  • Super Cool!!!!
Size: 80" Color: orange
Super sturdy. This thing feels really expensive and looks really expensive. If you are in need of a tripod/monopod that can reach ground level macro all the way up to about 7 feet tall this is for you. Great for those downward angle portraits. The one leg comes off easily to use as a monopod/hiking stick for quick sturdy photos on hikes or even just around town. The tripod also has many many different heights/angles. The legs can be set wide for outdoors landscape shots or narrow for crowded museum shots. Very easy to use as well. All fits in a nice little zip up travel bag. Pretty light but still has that expensive kinda weight to it. The color is really striking too. It has a level built in for even photos. Get this! Don’t bother with more expensive versions because the quality is the same as the ones that are hundreds of dollars. I use it with my Canon EOS Rebel T7 DSLR and multiple lenses including a very large 420mm-800mm telescopic lens. I friggin live this thing. ... show more

  • Tripod heavy duty
Size: 80" Color: Red
I bought this for my binoculars 15X70’s which are custom made and almost 35lbs. This gripped held them perfectly and solid. No movement. The solid build of these (no plastic) gives confidence in it holding my binos and phone. Very easy set up. Very light to carry. It also came with optional phone holder aside from the mount to hold my binos. So this makes for quick change up from binos to phone. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Works great with my 60x zoom scope.
Size: 72" Color: Red
Steady and easy to aim compared to my old cheap tripod. The old tripod rendered the scope practically useless. This tripod works aims smoothly and is steady, making the use of the scope enjoyable. Will use for spotting wildlife in Yellowstone NP. Tried 2 other tripods, this was a compromise over a lighter and slightly more compact (harder to aim and less stable) tripod and a heavier and larger (more stable and easier to aim) tripod. ... show more

  • Great value!
Size: 80" Color: orange
I purchased this recently since my older tripod has seen better days. I purchased this one specifically based on, what seemed like a good balance between features, price and apparent quality. It's a bit heavier than I anticipated; I wouldn't want to have to carry it backpacking, but it's fine for normal transporting. The quality seems to be fairly good, and I expect it will hold up well. I'm not sure the The legs are easy to adjust, and it collapses down surprisingly small for such a tall tripod. There only seem to be two "gotchas". The legs don't quite seem to be the same length when fully extended; the tripod sits at a slight angle, but they are easy to adjust. The only other issue is the levers that latch and secure the folding portion of the legs into place are a bit awkward to use. It seems as if they don't have a fixed pivot, requiring one to place a little bit of side pressure, in addition to the downward pressure to be able to open the latching mechanism and fold the legs. It just a little more effort to close up than I would have expected. The pivot and ball head seem to be pretty good and both have smooth action. It came with an extra quick release plate, which is nice, and it came with a phone mount bracket which seems okay. Additionally, it came with some small Allen wrenches, which I suppose are handy in the field if something begins to loosen. I'm not sure how I would feel trusting it to support a 30+ pound DSLR camera and lens at full height, or even close to full height, but then again if I had a camera +lens combo that weighed that much, I would probably NOT be buying a $59 tripod. ... show more

  • Heavy Duty
Size: 80" Color: Red
It is nice! Its really heavy. Not sure what the weight is, but when you pick it up its like, oh wow. Sounds bad but I actually like it. The weight makes it so the picture doesn't shake all over the place when I press buttons on my camera. I will add some pics and a video at a later date. Takes some playing with as it has a lot of features. I like the walking stick feature. Cant wait to try it out. I got this on sale for $60 ish dollars and I am very happy so far. ... show more

  • Can't believe this exists
Size: 80" Color: Red
I'll keep this one short'ish. I cannot believe a tripod of this quality is even possible to make at the cost let alone sell and make any profit on. Maybe the only thing I could say isn't perfect, is that it's hard to turn some of the adjustment / locking rings, I may lubricate them and see if that fixes it, but for the price, this is insane. You could spend 3x as much and have a lower quality tripod, and this offers the option of using one leg as a monopod. Everything about this is good, it's like 99% aluminum, carbon would be better but you're not going to find a carbon tripod in this price range, it will get super low as well as super high, and it's rock solid stable. I use this both for a laser level for carpentry and for photography, I would not think twice about this one if you need a good tripod and it feels sturdy enough you could probably use it for a spotting scope and similar. ... show more

  • Unbeatable for the price
Size: 72" Color: Red
***This tripod DOES fit inside the case WITHOUT removing the head. For all of the reviewers claiming otherwise: You're folding the legs incorrectly.*** Outstanding strength and stability for something that can fold up into a backpack! The panning is crazy smooth, even with a heavy load attached. The leg locks feel solid, and the tilt lock does too. My favorite aspect is that it isn't constantly unscrewing itself when I pan left and right. This can't be overstated: so many budget tripods have this issue. I am baffled by the strength and quality of this build! It doesn't replace my Sachtler, but it's simply unbeatable for the price and functionality. ... show more

  • Not a good product!
Size: 80" Color: orange
The first time I used this tripod it worked amazing. After dismantle and using it for the second and third time the plastic lock twists snapped and fell off at night it got lost. Making it useless. For the price I was hoping it would last longer,Maybe after wear and tear I would understand. Once the lock twists are busted it's useless because it makes me weary placing my expensive camera on it,since it's no longer stable. I actually want to return it or use the warranty but I don't want the same product. I am not sure what to do. ... show more
