Comfort! Definitely! Easy to keep clean! Shoe friendly! Thickness perfect! I do different exercises and I feel at ease no pain on my legs or shock on my feet. I have tile floors and this is so perfect for what I needed it for. No smell and I would highly recommend.

Great! Bought another one recently, and the only qualm is that it's a little hard to sweep/keep clean if you leave it out (but I have cats so...make of that as you will. Said cats have sensitive paws also usually like to chew on foamy/plastic things but they are comfortable walking over it -and me, lol- and don't try to scratch, bite, or chew on it as they would other similar things). Can't really complain about the thickness since I knew what I was getting but yes, definitely comfortable to step on. ... show more

Love this mat. Thicker than your typical yoga mat, which is what I needed without going to the expense of the pricey gymnastic mats. Word of caution for those who clean like I do, meaning, your head is thinking about something else: today I let my vacuum sit on the mat while I knelt to pick up a few loose items. It only took a few seconds for it to sink in and the motorized brush to do damage. Not the manufacturer's fault at all. I got used to vacuuming the harder rubber mat underneath that is usually bare. But in the three months I have had it, it is pretty easy to see that this is not a lifetime purchase. I give it five years and I will want to replace given the marks and nicks on edges chipping away already. ... show more

So I know that when you do yoga, you don’t normally wear shoes, but I got this mat, hoping that I could wear shoes on it for some of my workouts. The first time I did planks with my shoes on twisting into a side plank, it tore the mat up a little bit. I haven’t tried doing the same thing again, so I guess we’ll see how long it lasts if I continue using it with my shoes on. And also smelled quite bad for the first couple of days. ... show more
