as a birthday gift i got this for myself.. i switched to this roller from an inexpensive one, and i was surprised & disappointed to discover this is a very hard roller.. now couple of month of use I still can't get used to it and enjoy my workouts.. this is an expensive kit.. with a few other tools, there's not much resources on how to use the other pieces, unless one wants to subscribe to $30 / mo program by L. This is a great set. OPTP makes the best foam roller out there that I've come across in nearly 20 years of using them. They have a give to them and actually grab the fascia, unlike some rollers that rather smash your tissues. If you're a medical or movement professional, you can get a significant professional discount.
