I am always a little hesitant about ordering plants online to be shipped, but I was so impressed with how well packaged this plant was! It was wrapped up nice and tight as the base to keep as much soil in the pot as possible, and it had a long support stick to help keep the leaves in the correct form. I cannot say enough good things about this purchase. The plant is super healthy, it was packed very well, there was very little loose soil in the box and absolutely no damage to the plant. There is not the first blemish anywhere on this plant, if I had been in the nursery picking out The plant myself this is the one I would’ve bought. I repotted it same day I got it, I always do that to check for bugs and root conditions. The soil was premium quality, the roots are healthy, and there were no bugs! The plant is a tropical plant that requires humidity and just the right amount of damp soil so unsure if I'll be able to meet its needs, but will try my best! The plant was packed very well and stayed intact and no damage even though the UPS driver laid the box on its side. Clearly stated on the box which side is up. Delivery was much faster than expected. The plants' leaves go up at night and come back down in the daylight. I also bought one for a friend in another state and she loves it. That plant was delivered quickly and came in excellent shape.
