  • Great effective product 👍😀👌
Easy to apply just make sure someone else is around to help soothe and restrain the animals, worked with only two applications. Both dog and cat are clear of the black ear wax and have been since initial application.

  • Good product & price
Works great on the large dog & 2 cats. Our dog is a dobie & their ears always seem to get dirt (when cropped) in them, when it's windy his ears get worse & this is a great cleanser & medication for him. The cats don't seem to mind if I warm it up a little.

  • I'm sure it works...no clue though
Maybe it was me, maybe it was my doggo. Turns out it wasnt the beginning of ear mites. Just a floppy eared infection. Turns out this made his infection worse :,( My doodle is OK now, but if you're unsure if its ear mites or an ear infection just go to the Vet. Hated to hear my baby scream and cry when he itched his ears. ... show more

  • No More Whining
My dog was having issues with his ears. I am babysitting him for a year while is mommy is on deployment. He was scratching at them and whining. I knew it had to be miserable, so I started doing research. The research led me to this product and I thought to try it. I did not want to go to the vet because of time and expense. Not an easy call because I wanted comfort for my dog. I received the product the in 2 days and began treatment. There is no more whining and scratching. His leg does not kick when I touch his ears. I guessed right with this product and recommend it. ... show more

  • awesome product
I looked in the ears of my kitty, and now mites are gone, and all dead. it works, and effectively kills all the mites with a few drops but IT'S TOXIC SO HANDLE WITH EXTREME CARE, AND READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE.

  • Works amazing
The script the vet gave never worked for my cats ear mites, this took them away immediately. Highly recommend!

  • Fast, effective treatment at great price
Fast, effective easy to use. Killed my dog's ear mites and cleared up iwithin two weeks. I also used tea tree oil solution to clear out old residue. My boy's ears are now sparkly clean again.

  • incomplete, unclear instructions regarding frequency of use and length of time necessary
I ended up not using this product for reasons that I was unaware of when I bought it. So, I cannot really say how well it might, or might not, work but CAN say that the instructions are not very clear for a poison that one needs to put in the pet's ears (esp. cats that are more sensitive) for a fairly long period of time (not indicated on box at all) in order to fully get rid of ear mites. There is NO contact info on the box to call to get helpful assistance from someone either. I later read that this type med requires 2-3 weeks on a daily basis, plus an additional dose 21 days afterwards to kill all adults and newly hatching ones, although the % strength is about 2X's+ higher in this brand then many other OTC ones with same ingredients so may work faster, if safe enough too. However, there are much simpler, easier, likely safer and more certain options available such as a one-time dose of Ivermectin at proper, very low dosage in ears (ask about it &/or look it up) or flea/tick preventatives that also kill ear mites such as Bravecto, Revolution and Advantage-Multi (Advocate) topicals which are, yes, much more expensive too but it will take care of several problems at once and more certain to work without all the hassle and potential risk. I was hoping to return this unused product on Amazon but just now learned how and found out that it has simply been too long since I purchased/received it so will at least know better next time hopefully! ... show more
