This is a great travel case for the Asus Ally. There is a little bit of give when putting pressure on the top but should hold up fine for average carrying around all day, however; if you know it's going to be getting thrown around maybe opt for a solid hard case. I also feel like the device is held firmly in place, without putting pressure on the bumpers or triggers, so no worrying about it bouncing around in there, I have mine in a protective case by skull and co as well and it still fits nicely. This case also has plenty of room for a lot of other little extras you may want to bring with you. The only thing that could potentially be an issue is if you have a lot of stuff in the zippered compartment of the lid it could potentially put pressure on the left and right sticks, it would need to be pretty thick to reach them as there is a fair amount of room there. The stand option works great. The pictures show two different cases one with a white or silver zipper and one with a black zipper, I received one with a black zipper. ... show more

Out of all the different cases out there, I decided to order this for my ROG Ally and overall, I’m impressed. It’s a plain, black, and hard case. Holds the Ally snug with velcro straps and the screen is protected. Easily can store the charger under the ally as shown. There is also plenty of space in the pocket to put any other accessories such as a power bank or the stand that comes with the Ally. Not a complaint, this is just an opinion - would be nice if they put some sort of branding on the top of the bag. Right now it is plain black, which some might like. ... show more

After searching for weeks for a good case for the ROG Ally, I finally grabbed this one and another. Honestly, I thought I was going to send this one back in favor of the other, which has cut outs for the thumb sticks. I thought the mesh pocket on this one might interfere with the sticks. I was so wrong. While this case has the exact same footprint as the one with molded top and bottom, it fits much more in the same space without compromising on the functionality. The other case doesn't fit anything but the stock charger. This case fits the cardboard stand, extra thumb stick pads, the charger, a small cable, and a few other nicknacks. Hands down, this is the best case without going huge. It fits nicely in my backpack, feels great, and is well made. If you're looking for those things, this is the case for you. ... show more

Fits the ally perfectly almost too snug, for example when using a cover on the ally itself, this case is almost too tight. Other than that all the extra storage is perfect and I would highly recommend it for the price. Material is decent cutting and form factor for how the ally sits in there is nice. However this doesn’t feel like the most premium case I’d say, but it’s the best one I own at least. ... show more

This case is fantastic. The case itself is very sturdy and the Ally feels very secure inside. I actually carry the plug separately in my purse or other bag and put my dock in the bottom area. I put a protective case and thumb stick caps on the handheld and all of that still fits just fine inside the case. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The ROG Ally fits to the T. It's kind of difficult to remove once you place it but thats the least of any ones concerns. The quality is very good. It has a cool little compartment for the charger underneath and a strap to help you lift it out of the case with ease. 5 out of 5 would recommend. ... show more
