We have a bedroom that currently lacks a closet and I was hoping this would be a good interim option. I have had to lower my expectations to use it, and suggest you do also if you want to keep it. Here's my takeaways: - It is *not* heavy duty as described, so don't plan on filling it or adding too many clothes - These are not heavy duty poles. Heavy duty poles are reinforced either with a support pole inside or simply by being thicker - not what you get here. - The assembly took me 1.75 hours because some holes didn't line up; a drill did work to make the screw holes larger and the screws then fit in. Be sure to use a washer and a nut to line it up and secure it tightly. - As a wardrobe, I couldn't put more than 40 shirts/shorts *or* 25 pairs of jeans on it without a pole bending or the whole unit being crooked and unstable - This is excellent as a general storage rack for items you don't want lying about. The rack could be placed inside an existing closet vs building wall shelving Overall, this functions perfect as a general storage rack to hold a lot but still look organized, however, it is a very poor wardrobe. If you genuinely need a heavy-duty wardrobe, this isn't for you. If you're needing a light duty wardrobe that also has excellent shelf space for a good mix, this might be perfect for you. Holes didn't line up and weld snapped trying to put it together. How is this suppose to hold any products if the weld can't even with stand a little tension?!?!

I was hoping that this would be so much better... The assembly instructions are not that difficult to follow, but the assembling of the unit is. That's because the holes don't always line up. Once it's finished being built.. it's wobbly. Even on a flat surface with no items placed on it. We had to brace this in the corner of the room in order for it to be secure. This is a very big wardrobe once assembled, quite impressive honestly. One big drawback is that almost all of the space is dedicated to hanging clothes, so make sure this suits your needs - and that you have lots of hangers. Some of the assembly didn't quite make sense because of how the protrusions are oriented (and the instructions did not really address this), but it wasn't too bad and the end result is sturdy. Since I used this in the middle of a room (as a temporary wardrobe for guests), I ended up hanging a blanket over one side of it (clipped on to the top) to make it more like an actual wardrobe. Modifications such as this are simple but effective at making something like this feel more permanent. Overall this is a nice temporary piece of furniture - and could certainly be used on a permanent basis as well if needed. ... show more
