2 Hooks instead of 3 makes for a short pull.Cable came off the drum when cable was fully extended.The release pawl was hard to use and possibly defective.

Poorly made, the gears don't match up. The finish is deteriorating after less than a month. Don't waste your money buy something better. We just needed it for a small job, so even though I expected it not to be a high-quality tool due to the price I thought it would be ok. Buy something better this is trash. My husband had to align the gears to get it to work for a short while. ... show more
