For some reason, I had it in my head that AS you brush your dog’s hair, it would automatically suck the hairs inside. However, that is not the case with any of these. I was mistaken. Instead of it sucking hairs WHILE you’re brushing, it sucks the accumulated hair when you push the little button! Think of it as the Furminator, but with a vacuum attached so you don’t have to dump their hair in a plastic bag or however you normally do dispose of their hair. At first, I was disappointed that it didn’t suck WHILE I was brushing, but after actually trying it, the way they have it is actually a Better method! It’s SO convenient not to have to dump their hair in a plastic bag and it just sucks up the fur instead. It’s a no mess type of job when usually, it’s very messy with dog hair flying everywhere. When you use the little hair clipper, the hair “droppings” get suck into the vacuum as you cut! It’s been a GAMECHANGER for haircuts for my dad! No mess haircut? HECK YES. If it gets on their neck, there is this funnel attachment that you can use to suck the hairs off their neck. The suction powder is GREAT!!! My anxious dog was scared of the sound at first, but then realize how great it felt to be brushed. Both dogs do not like the sound past level 1, so we will stick with level 1! I have 4 smaller dogs, one has sleek thick fur, and the other 3 have long and sometimes tangly fur. Grooming them was always a struggle because of my disability and hair would get everywhere! My husband and I always had to make a day of it. It was exhausting. I saw a few of these on Tic Tok and finally decided to go for it and this machine went beyond my belief. I have been using it for a few months now, I keep it beside my couch! I can give my dogs a hair cut on the couch and the hair sucks up instantly. It does a great hair cut and that's the real reason this is my favorite part. My sleek dog LOVES the thin comb and when he sees the device comes with his tail wagging. The bigger brush does work well on my hairy ones, but is a bit bigger than I'd prefer but doesn't cause any problems. I didn't realize there was a bath scrubby and just thought of it as a bonus. This thing is okay, my dogs really like their butts scratched with it. But I prefer to squirt the shampoo on it instead of inside it. Works better in my opinion that way. I don't use the roller brush really, or the wide mouth hose. However the shower head looking thing is my dogs favorite and brishes hair away wonderfully. Was very surprised with that part. I'm very well pleased with my purchase. I can brush all 4 dogs and give hair cuts before needing to dump the container. This device was a life changer. We have less fur, good looking pups, and we can sit on the couch bonding giving them attention. I have referred all of my friends with dogs to get one.
