I've been baking sourdough for 4 weekends now and this is my best looking loaf to date! I'm contributing my success to this banneton because it is the only change I made to my process. Each time I tried a different bowl/towel method for my cold ferment and I had to peel them out, my dough lost its shape, and I could never cut a steam line or design. This banneton performed exactly as advertised. My dough held its shape, moisture was wicked away, the dough effortlessly flipped out onto my parchment, and I easily cut vent lines.
