My Tibber Bidet that I ordered from Amazon 4 years ago, the spray nozzle cracked and I needed a replacement. I couldn't find the Tibber Bidet, so after careful review of the different Bidet offered on Amazon I decided on this Brondell FSA-15 self-cleaning Bidet, which was reasonable price. I was able replace only the Bidet with the Tibber stainless steel hose which took less than 5 minutes to install. If you want to try out a bidet, this one is decent quality for a low price. We live in Vegas where winter is mild and lasts about 6 weeks, so heating the water isn’t necessary for us but if you lived anywhere colder you might consider a version that heats the water. Fairly easy to install, the main issue I had was the piece that screws directly into the toilet tank kept leaking and well…my husband had to really screw that one in good but other than that, 20 minutes maximum to install. We have the Brondell toilet seat bidet (ambient temperature) on our other toilet and that works beautifully as well. Impressed with this brand, it has changed our lives. Especially with the low cost of this unit I promise you will it will pay for itself in toilet paper costs within a few months. We use less than half of what we used to. ... show more

From a past positive experience by Brondell bidet, I bought this one thinking it's going to be the same quality. A big no. This bidet has a thin piercing stream which is PTA, literally. It ought to be a splash with good enough comfortable pressure that can be changed with knob; not a needle piercing stream. And low setting needle doesn't do much good either. The problem is - you won't know unless you've installed and used it. After disappointment, there's also a trouble of uninstalling. Being lazy, I installed it a month late and now I missed the deadline to return. But the trouble of uninstalling is bigger. ... show more

This is our second bidet. The nozzle on our first one would no longer retract and the pressure had dropped significantly. I just installed this one and used it once. I chose it for the adjustable nozzle, which seems to work as advertised, though it would be nice if it moved side to side too. It did take quite a few attempts (and some cursing) to stop it from leaking. I eventually had to use some plumbers putty, in addition to the included o-ring and Teflon tape, as they were not enough. ... show more

The bidet was easy to install on my toil up but required two trips to the hardware store for additional fittings, but then my toilet dates back to the 1940s. The bidet works very well and like I said it saves a lot of toilet paper. I'm pleased to have it and it's easy to use
