The light is bright and we love the Bluetooth connection. You can listen to music, news or your favorite podcast as you get ready / cleanup. The housing fit the hole I had in the ceiling from the old vent fan perfectly. Instructions for installation were clear and spot-on. I recommend this product.

I just went through a bathroom remodel and someone suggested a Bluetooth fan speaker. I thought it was overkill to get a fan with a speaker, but I was wrong! It is my favorite part of the bathroom! My only complaint is the light is a bit of a yellowish color when my other lights are more daylight. I have not tried to replace it since I only use it when showering. The fan works great and you can easily connect to the fan by blue tooth and the connection is stable. I highly recommend this fan, you may not think you need it but you do! ... show more

Had my electrician install this. It replaced a smaller fan. It looks so much cleaner and has a light. You must have the fan on to use Bluetooth, but now I can play music and hear it in the shower.

I used this to replace an older Broan model with the same dimensions. First of all, was not happy with Amazon. This was sold as "new", but clearly it was a return. You could tell where packing tape had been ripped off the box previously, the tape job was not very good. No installation hardware - just the fan, the grill, and the instructions....kinda wadded up in box. So I was skeptical going in to the project, and after reading the negative reviews; particularly the speaker complaints, was already in a "if it doesn't go easily and perform excellently, I'm returning it today. Only difficulty in removing is my house is older, and there are challenges there. Bathroom was remodeled a few years ago, and the ceiling was built around the fan. Anyway, after 5 trips to the attic (including one to fix a wire connection that had worked loose), it lit right up and the fan started working. So I decided to test the speaker, expecting a tinny, quiet sound. And wouldn't you know it....that's exactly what I got! Oh my, it sounded awful...at least, what I could hear. It was extremely muffled. Then I decided to climb the ladder and remove the scratch-resistant plastic film over the grill....wow! It's loud! Wow! It's clear. Makes me wonder if previous complaints were for the same reason. It's possible you got a lemon. But isn't it also possible the problem is on the screwdriver side of the equation? ... show more

Pretty good little bath fan here. Took 30 minutes to install, which includes removing old Broan fan of same size. If you have a separate switch for fan and light, and you wire according to instructions (blue wire to RED, black to BLACK, and white to WHITE) you will be able to listen to music with only the light on. That configuration allows the fan to be powered independently. Oh and it's a decently quiet fan. Don't expect audiophile quality out of such a small speaker but it does quite well for its size. Oh, and I didn't have to enter the attic either. Super happy. ... show more
