Uses stock windows 11 home, aside from armory crate. So comes with all the bloatware i.e. office365, etc etc. Does not work well, you touch a text tab and need to use a button shortcut to bring up keyboard. I would think a major mfg could get or create a customized, stripped down version of windows without all the extra crap. Not likely to want to use office on a game device. Or need all the defender stuff. I'm not going to be web browsing. Used to be you can turn that off, but it's a hack now. This was probably the seller, but they touted a hub it came with. Very useless USB A type connector which the device does not have. Device also lacks a touchpad that most of the others have. ... show more

    • Item is fantastic, but suffers from issue with left joystick (Known issue with device apparently)

The item with the 2TB storage is amazing. I can install most of my most played games on it and still have space left over. My only complaint is the left joystick will not register when moved left or right (Not sellers fault). Apparently this is a known issue with the device. From my research, it appears to be a simple fix, so not really concerned about it. Item was shipped quickly and showed up very fast. Very happy with this seller. I look forward to putting this device through its paces once I have repaired the left stick. ... show more

Definitely has all the necessary technology to be a good product. I’m just personally looking for something more specific to either a computer or a game. Preferably with an easier navigation system, and better battery life.

The attachment is a regular USB attachment which doesn’t work with this device as the device takes a USB-C adapter. I’m not sure why the company is including this with the product. Also, the stand it comes with is paper, but other than that the product itself is great.
