The media could not be loaded. At first glance it's great, but after only one burn I've had a failure. Construction wise, like most of these cheaper versions of their more expensive counterparts, they are built with thinner metals and some short cuts in build quality. That's always a factor when heat is applied and it proved to be true with my initial burn. It is athestically pleasing to look at and simple. The little fold out legs leave a lot to be desired, but they do the trick of elevating the firepit. The bag it comes in is cheap and over time it won't last. My first, and only burn in this was using wood pellets and towards the end a couple of pieces of bark I tossed in. The burn is great! I'm was pleased with the functionality on the pit and the gasification. After cooling down was when I could see some issues. 1st. The rivets on the inner grates melted and the 2 pieces seperated. Why would you use rivets? 😕 2. The larger grate with holes has warped. While it still slides into the pit, you need to work it slightly and you can feel the drag because it's not a circle anymore. 3. Through heat, flex, or bad machining there are bends in the inside "shelf", or catch for lack of a better word that the grate sits on. I don't know if it was poor quality control or what but it's something I noticed. All in all, I'd be happier if the construction tion was better. It's still usable and I'll have to fix some things myself and improve the flaws. Keep in mind, it's cheap for a reason and I didn't push this little thing hard at all. I don't expect this will last. I'm certain the seller isn't making these, so it's not a knock on them. My order processed as usual and it was recieved in a timely manner. ... show more

I love this fire pit! My only complaint is the non existing hook tool to remove the lower assembly for cleaning. It's easy enough to make your own from a bit of hanger wire. The pit is large enough to facilitate cooking for 1-2 people and is truly smokeless. You need to provide your own grate as this model doesn't include one. This item is a definate "sustain" for camping adventures and I'm happy with the purchase. I think you'll be happy also if you decide to purchase one. ... show more
