today is the first time i use the slow cooker 10 minutes in the high setting the piece under the handles started to melt!! Ive never seen anything like this! do not purchase this not even think about it!!

Iโ€™ve had the product for approximately 2 years and it finally went out. Other than it not working the only con I have are that the lights on the settings are so bright it makes it difficult to tell which settings are which. Itโ€™s a small grip, but without fail every time Iโ€™m trying to find the right setting I say a small grip about how difficult it is to see, so for that Iโ€™m glad it broke and I can finally get one without the lights on the switch indicatorโ€ฆ ... show more
