An effective lumbar support wrap for my sore backs. The brace goes on with two sets of sturdy elastic and secure with very heavy duty Velcro. The ends are reinforced with tough material to help you get the stretch to get the brace tight. If you follow the instructions provided you will get a good fit and sturdy support. This belt helped with my back pain, and I like that it's wider than most of the other compression belts I've used in the past so it provides compression/support to a wider area. Unfortunately, the straps on it stretched out of shape the first time I wore it, even though I hardly pulled on them, and mostly used the main band for compression.
