Just recently had an arm lift. I’ve been searching and searching for a very tight compression garment. I’ve used compression socks , arm fajas , everything I could find that would help in compressing. I also have this fat part on my arm at the bend that I’ve been trying to compress, and nothings worked. AT ALL. I read this reviews for this particular one and I gave it a shot. IT WORKS. This did exactly what I needed it to do! I ordered my favorite wedding dress on Poshmark. The only problem was my arms turned out to be about an inch too big for the sheer sleeves of the dress, I couldn't get it all the way on. I got motivated and exercised/lifted weights/did arm aerobics leading up to my wedding week, and while it did help a ton to finally get the dress all the way on, the sleeves were still very tight on me and they didn't pull up far enough right up under my arms. It looked liked they were stuffed in. With my wedding so close, I searched and decided to try this. It works perfectly!! I'm able to get the dress sleeves completely on my arms and it doesn't look like a bulging tight fit anymore. It looks lovely! The color blends in nicely under the sheer sleeves. 3rd Post op follow up review: 5 days post op with rotating this product with the garment my surgeon gave me and another garment that arrived this morning. Also ordered the 3rd garment on Amazon. I mean you need several compression garments because you’re in these 24/7 and if you’re like me you don’t want to chance any infections from drainage or anything else after sitting in these garments. I thought this one was great with the few adjustments I had to make but after receiving & wearing the 3rd garment for only a 4 hours I would hands down recommend the 3rd garment and not this one at all. First off, it’s very similar to this one however it has the built in bra. With that option there is no rolling of the clasp to cause discomfort and there is no pulling on the sleeves periodically to make sure they haven’t shifted further down your arm leaving the top area without enough compression. It also doesn’t bunch when you bend your arms like this one does. All things that weren’t a big deal & I was “dealing” with until the 3rd one arrived. The 3rd one was also ordered on Amazon & is most similar to the one from my surgeon. The third one is so much softer with the same amount of compression and a way less prominent seam down the line of your incision. Knowing what I do now I would not recommend this one. I would still recommend purchasing a few of these garments with different arm lengths, depending on where your incisions are or what you’ve had done depends on what garment will work best for you. Good luck & happy recovery! Follow up from 1st post op review: After a few more days of sleeping in this the center clasp under my bust started digging in while I was sleeping. I kept waking up with discomfort & realized the problem. I wrapped a large gauze pad around the center clasps for comfort & it was fine for the rest of the night. Just wanted to add that in case someone was trying to use this for post op for their breasts. I don’t think this is the right garment at all for any kind of breast procedure. I only need it for my arms & it’s perfect for that! Initial Post op review: After surgery on my arm I needed serious compression for all of the swelling. I ordered a few products to compare and this one was by far the most comfortable. I was worried about some of the other reviews regarding the seam down the underarm but once I put it on I pulled it a little to the right so that the seam wasn’t sitting on my incisions. I followed the measurements in the description and the fit is perfect. I’m going to order a few more now that I’ve tested it out for several days to make sure it would work. ... show more

I purchased this to replace a similar product from a (since defunct) store on the Shop app, and have not been disappointed! I tried out several other brands (from both Amazon, as well as storefronts on Shop) and found this to be head-and-shoulders above in terms of quality, stretchiness (though still a little unforgiving, so be sure to get the right size), and quality of material. It's (so far) sustained two months of regular use & washes, and shows no signs of fraying or tears. The under-arm/side shapewear control is very effective, and the material provides little showing through clothes worn over it. The sizing is true-to-size (based on my experience), though be aware that it (as mentioned above) somewhat unforgiving in stretchiness. The natural lift and 'push up' that it provides to your chest definitely makes the cleavage provided by a push-up bra more pronounced and eye-catching. All in all this was well worth the money, and I plan to purchase at least 2-3 more to keep in rotation to avoid wearing them out! ... show more
