I love my Bosu ball! It allows me to multitask with exercise! When I use the ball, it builds my core, balance, and strength at the same time! It came in on time, was easy to inflate, and is well made! I would recommend to any trying to improve their balance, strength, and endurance!!!!

Love my new Bosu. It is just like what I’ve used at the Pilates studio, but compact - a better size for my home gym! I’ve injured by feet recently. It’s great for planking as is softens the burden on my fragile feet. It was so easy to inflate too. I started with an inferior knock off, which I quickly returned. Spreetail clearly states you will get DVD, instruction manual,foot pump, etc. Surprise! You only get a Bosuball. Called them twice and was finally told the the QR code on their site was to be used as none of the extras were available.Told them to update their site to reflect this. The ball is super.
