    • Versatile training and rehab tool for runners
This is a really awesome set of bases for a high quality board. I had just read "Anatomy for Runners" (highly recommended for any and all runners serious about improving form and biomechanics), and Jay Dicharry (the author) talks about the place for rocker boards/ balance boards for improving strength (and of course, balance). The board pictured in the book is the Vew-Do Zone, which was where I started my hunt for a balance board. I loved how it had three bases. Vew Do is however out of stock of the Zone board until next year, and I was very eager to get started on implementing this supplemental training to improve my runner. I spent over 6 months this year sidelined from running because of a knee injury. I thought I just had bad knees, but reading Anatomy for Runners helped me see it was more about my form and underlying weaknesses. So investing in a high quality training tool was very worthwhile to me. This FIT board I have found to be a high quality product. Unlike some boards (like for instance those by Vew-Do), the bases do not lock onto a railing system under the board. This makes it more versatile in my opinion. I use the rocker base for ankle strengthening as well as squats, the wobble platform also for ankle and foot strengthening. The rolling platform is really a blast, and has already improved my balance a lot. You can really get a great workout with this board as well. I haven't fully explored the uses of a balance board outside of those specific to runner strengthening, but I know there are many. It would benefit any athlete I am sure. This company has really great customer service. I highly recommend this product, and think you get your money's worth with the three different bases.     • Fun and Challenging
Great customer service. Quick response time. Actively listens to customers. I have been using this product for a little over a week and it has improved my overall balance and leg strength. It is a very comfortable and stylish board. Padding adds comfort for feet, pushups and planks. Large board allows for many great workouts, lots of room to be creative with the types of workouts you do. This is also fun and entertaining. I get a sense of accomplishment as I see my balance improving from day to day. I use it as a workout while watching tv, as well as a warm up before stretching to work out. A very minor criticism, which I always add to my reviews, is that I wish that the nubs on the bottom (which are meant to stop you from falling off) were just a tad bit closer to the edge. It is about an inch or so, maybe less, from the edge. As I am getting better balance, it would make it a little more difficult and challenging if the stops were farther apart. This is not that big of a deal and the board is already pretty long as is, and the stops are already far apart from each other, but that extra inch would make it a bit more difficult to balance, which is a good thing. I love the Revolution FIT! I didn't know I was missing a balance board in my life, but boy was I! I've used it everyday since I got it, and I've gone from not being able to stand on it without holding on to doing 3 or 4 squats while I'm on it--and I plan to keep going. A little background is in order at this point: I got the Revolution Fit because as a person of a certain age :-) I was beginning to suspect that I should be focusing on my balance and core strength. The Rev FIT 3 in 1 is particularly good for someone like me who is a bit intimidated by the roller and wanted to work my way up to it. The rocker that comes with the FIT has been perfect for me. I've worked my way onto the roller, but I like that I can alternate between the roller and the rocker. I've used the air cushion, but the roller and rocker are definitely what I use most. The board, rocker, roller and air cushion are all excellent quality. Honestly, I had no idea that I would use this thing every day, but it's so easy just to hop onto it and work those too often neglected muscles that we all need to keep stimulated as we get older. I'm sure this is a great product for the skate/snow/surf athletes out there, but I'm truly amazed at how much I'm benefitting from it. Thank you! ... show more

This was a Christmas gift for a 14yo boy who asked for nothing but is into fitness. It has since made a home in the middle of the family room floor, and we all stop to balance on it whenever we pass by. Feels sturdy, but we are all under 130lbs; I'm not sure the board wouldn't flex over 150lbs. Great addition to our home gym! ... show more
