I’d slackline with friends in the park from time to time. But never a ton and never got better than just walking across the line. Always wanted to do more, but logistics of trees and time made it hard. I also like to do something while working at desk. This has been fun!     • It is expensive….BUT has helped my joint pain and balance…plus it is Fun
This product kept following me around IG. I had noticed my balance was not as good as it was a year ago and wanted a solution. I am super active and wanted to build it back up. Also, I have joint pain in my knees and thought this would be a way to help it. I am on this slack line daily and happy to report my knees do not hurt as much and my balance is pretty much back. I’ve only had this three weeks and it is a game changer. I get on it and mess around when I need to clear my head for work, in between strength exercises and now to show off my progress. I would recommend having a counter balance so you can improve quicker. They have a pole that they sell but I had one at the house that works just as well. ... show more
