I always like kayaking and canoeing, however I don’t get many chances to do it often. So I bought this rowing machine …it is a very good choice ! It was delivered in one week , faster than I expected, when I opened the box , the parts are perfectly protected without any damage, the best thing is I don’t need to assemble it at all , when I unboxed it, booon, it is done ! I chose wooden materials to match my furniture, gosh , it looks so natural and strong and the motion is sooo smooth! I can see the time and calories etc on the big panel , very easy to set the target too ! Can adjust the tension level , very comfortable seat cushion and very smooth movement ! The media could not be loaded. This rower is great for beginners to rowing. You can track your calories, time, distance, and stroke rate. Not to complicate to put together. Pretty quiet and solid machine. Only design problem for me is the foot placement is too close to the front you couldn't fully bend your legs during a catch. I'm only 5'6 so.
