I was looking for a treadmill with auto incline, instead of manually having to lift up the machine. I was also looking for something a bit more budget friendly, this machine had just what I was looking for. I was surprised with how fast it shipped! It wasn’t through prime, but it still came 4 days before the expected date. We assembled it easily. I think there was a screw missing, but other than that, the packaging was impecable. Does not make a lot of noise, so glad for that because we don’t want to disturb neighbors. Great and sturdy quality ! The screen size is nice and big It’s a good size for starters. I am 5’5 and I could run on it, though I hope it isn’t a problem for people who are taller because you might end up at the furthest end of the treadmill when running. Easy to fold, and it can safely unfold as well. The machine looks safe overall and it feels safe. ... show more

I've had this treadmill for about a month now. I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review and see how it went. I'm happy to say that the treadmill has performed flawlessly. The machine was received earlier then expected and even though there were a few gouges in the box it was packed well and undamaged. The box is heavy, weighing over 100 pounds but since I wanted to keep it in the garage anyway it was not a problem. Some light assembly is required but it went together without any problem. I should note that both my wife and I are older folks and use this treadmill for walking. We live in a climate that gets a lot of rain and is cold in the winter so we both wanted a handy way to exercise and not worry about the weather. This machine fills the bill. Others have stated that the deck is short and I suspect that a tall person running on this treadmill might have a problem but it is not a problem for our needs. The controls are easy to use. It has speed and incline buttons on both handles so you can easily adjust the speed and incline as you walk. It also has 12 preset programs which I haven't used yet as I still am in the beginning stages of a walking program. Unfortunately these programs are not explained in the instruction manual but there is a small diagram next to each program which gives you the idea of the speed and incline that each program delivers. We (wife and me) were unsure of these different treadmill "brands" that were available. We looked at a ton of them. We knew about the familiar brands but didn't want to spend that kind of money. We read a ton of reviews. Hopefully this review will help. This treadmill has been worth every penny so far. It was really easy to put together. It's not ridiculously heavy like our old one. It's very easy to move. It's really quiet and has many preprogrammed workouts. It holds our big phones easily and has 3 places to put water, or whatever else. It folds up really easy. We are extremely happy with this treadmill. The only "negative" would be that the highest incline isn't very high. It's still decent, but wish it would go a little higher.     • Sturdy and Great Quality for the Money

Received the treadmill on 4/10/24 and the although the box had a couple of rips and dings, it was in great condition. The box is reinforced with plywood which helps with protection. Assembly was quite easy, except I didn't realize you need a drill to install the end caps. I love the slow hydraulic release from the folded position. The preset programs are awesome if you want a specific workout and the manual provides the speed/incline intervals for each program which is nice so that you can pick the one best suited for you. The incline may not seem like much at first, but after doing 10 to 15 minutes, you definitely feel the burn. Increased incline and speed will give you a nice work out even at half of the machine's capability. I do like that you are able to adjust the incline and speed manual on the handles at any time, even during the preset program, although if adjusting during a program, the machine will auto adjust back to the preset mode at the next program interval. I've notice that it takes sometime to capture your heart rate and it seems to capture quicker if the palms are more loosely gripped and flat over the sensors as opposed to firmly gripping. I like that it comes with lubricant and I would suggest applying a small amount out of the box before first use. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase after my first use. Only time will tell regarding durability, but I'm hoping for the best and it's a plus that it does have 1 year warranty/support. ... show more

    • Missing parts, manual, and has faulty electronics

We were really excited for a fold up treadmill that had a wide belt and a 12% incline. Unfortunately, this package arrived with missing parts and was even missing the manual for putting it together. The incline function did not work when we plugged it in. The seller has been slow walking the process to return this defective item — offering us at first ten dollars and now 30 dollars to send them videos of it not working and expecting us to download an emailed pdf and identify missing parts. We are still asking for a prepaid label to return it more than a week later. Seems like a scam artist. Will update if there is any sort of positive resolution, but seems unlikely at this time. ... show more
