    • It doesn't readily accept paper to shred.
This is the 2nd Bondsii shredder I've purchased. I was extremely happy with the first one and I'd shredded many boxes of paper, over several years but I accidentally overloaded it, it made a clunking sound and stopped running. So, I promptly purchased this one. I've been disappointed with the fact that I usually have to put the paper in and out of the slot to get it to accept it, then it begins to shred. I realize that it doesn't run fast by design, just like my previous one, but it seems like I have to "wake it up" by jiggling paper into its port and I'm not overloading it. I's also top heavy and it has fallen over a few times and "made a mess," so I guess I'll need ti remove the rollers. ... show more

We use this shredder in our small office of about four people (using the shredder). We read over reviews before landing on this shredder. It is exactly what we needed! Easy to use, and takes small stacks of papers in stride.     • Shame on me for not reading the 1-star reviews before buying
Wasting my time. My experience identical with other 1 star reviews. I will say that when I reached out to them by email, I received a prompt response, although I have my doubts that it was created by a human. Here was my response to that ‘helpful’ email: Thank you for your prompt response to my email stating that I could not make the unit function at all, let alone properly. Following your instruction #1, the wheels were installed without issue. On a hardwood floor it rolls perfectly and is completely stable as I would expect. Regarding instruction #2, the head is designed and structured to only go on one way. It fit securely without any extra effort. The drawer opens and closes as I would expect. Regarding instruction #3, following the steps provided, moving the switch to either REV or AUTO activates a red LED and generates a whirring sound. Inserting a paper into the slot does absolutely nothing. I have photos and video to demonstrate what I did. Please advise if you want me to send them. I also watched the tutorial video and was dismayed that it first presented an ad for an Auto Rescue Tool that was twice as long as the tutorial itself. The tutorial was clear and did absolutely nothing to help. I could not discern any connection between the Auto Rescue Tool and the shredder. I feel like I just wasted more time on your product. I wish I had read the reviews on Amazon before purchasing. I have purchased other paper shredders in the past from other manufacturers and never had any issue with operating them. Your final comment about checking spam did give me a chuckle. If someone never saw this email they would never have seen this wonderful bit of advice. ... show more

    • Use It Every Day!
This shredder performs wonderfully and was a great value. I use it every day to shred the junk mail, etc. and it has never jammed. It handles several sheets of paper at once, and can shred mail up to an eighth thick. It has auto shut off and anti-jam features and is quiet overall.

This paper shredder is powerful it has not overheated once, and I use it constantly. I like the ease of emptying and cleaning. It is not at all loud and I like that it is virtually self-cleaning. This is a must have. I use it for home use.
