Unfortunately you don't know how bad it is until.you have it assembled in your livingroom. After that it's too late to ship it back. It is TERRIBLE on your lower back. It won't loosen to a point to you can start slow. It now sits collecting dust in the corner of my basement.

So I have been thinking about buying this for quite a long time finally purchased. It took forever to put together, and I purchased the one that has the resistance shock however no matter which way you tighten it or loosen it. It’s the same resistance and it moves so slow. I don’t know how you would get a cardio workout with this. I’ll give it a couple days but will probably send it back. Disappointed to say the least . ... show more
